You should bookmark that page - somewhere on it is a link to a CD ISO image that you can download and burn in case the Internet disappears and you find yourself disconnected from info sources.

The ISO CD image is on a separate site. It might be more focussed on influenza than survival in general, but should probabl be downloaded and burnt to CD anyway...
